Delivery

Once your payment is accepted, the machine will be shipped to your address. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on the delivery address.

At the moment we ship to the following countries: France, Spain.

If you wish to have it delivered to a country other than those mentioned above, please contact our team directly: info@urbannative.com.

The T9 comes pre-assembled, and a few simple steps in the user manual that comes with the T9 will allow you to easily complete the assembly.

You will be informed by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouses. A tracking number for your package will be communicated to you.

Currently, our delivery times are two weeks.

Guarantee

The T9 is designed to accompany you for many years: Urban Native guarantees the frame, as well as the original components of the T9 against any manufacturing and material defects for a period of 5 years from the date of delivery.

The scooter battery and battery power supply are guaranteed for a period of 3 years and a maximum of 1000 charges, from the date of delivery.

Cancelation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our team who will be happy to help you.

  • Before shipping the product: You will receive a full refund.
  • After shipping the product: once your order is returned to our warehouses, you will be refunded the amount of your purchase excluding shipping costs, with deduction of return costs.

Returns

We are sure that you will be completely satisfied with your T9.

However, if once your order has been delivered you wish to return it, you can do so up to 14 days after delivery. Contact our team via info@urbannative.com who will tell you how to proceed. Please note, the following conditions must be respected:

  • if it is a T9, the original packaging must not be opened.
  • for any other product, they must be returned in their original packaging, and unused.
